ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF THE OIL
To ensure maximum performance, we analyze the thermal oil in the installation through a sampling device to make the process as efficient as possible and maximize the useful life of the installation, minimize replenishments and reduce O & M costs. The state of your fluid can be assessed by yourself.
SUPPLY OF MOBILE UNIT FOR CONTINUOUS FILTRATION
We add this unit to perform the filtration during the operation of the equipment.
It allows the separation of the solid particles in suspension of the fluid in circulation, prolonging the useful life of the oil and the equipment.
EMPTYING OF USED OIL, SUPPLY AND FILLING OF NEW OIL
We perform the service of complete emptying of the thermal fluid when it has come to an end.
The replacement by a new one and filling is also the responsibility of our technical service.
PURGE AND START-UP OF THE INSTALLATION
The purging consists of removing the air bubbles in the oil circuit. The start-up includes from the end of the assembly until the boiler is in operation.
